Grilled Pepper Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 8- oz. block of cream cheese, softened
  • 12 pieces of thin sliced bacon

Directions:

  1. Cut peppers in half, lengthwise. Remove seeds.
  2. Fill each pepper with softened cream cheese.
  3. Wrap in thin sliced bacon
  4. Grill until bacon is crispy.
