Grilled Peaches With Berry Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, process raspberries and lemon juice until pureed.
  2. Strain and discard seeds.
  3. Cover and chill.
  4. Place the peach halves, cut side up, on a large piece of heavy-duty foil.
  5. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle into peach centers.
  6. Sprinkle with vanilla and dot with butter.
  7. Fold foil over peaches and seal.
  8. Grill over medium-hot coals for 15 minutes or until heated through.
  9. To serve, spoon the raspberry sauce over peaches.
  10. This is wonderful with vanialla ice cream on top also.
