Directions:

  1. Combine mayo and italian seasonings;spread 1/2 of mixture on 1 side of bread slices.
  2. Layer pepperoni and cheese on mayo side of bread;top with remaining bread slices,mayo side down.
  3. Spread half of remaining mayo on tops of sandwiches.place sandwiches mayo side down ,in a hot griddle or large skillet.cook over med heat until brown.
