Grilled Garlic Steak Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. STEAK SALAD
  2. Heat stove
  3. Make spicy garlic dressing (below) & reserve 1/4 cup.
  4. Cover & grill beef over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once or until desired doneness.
  5. Toss bell peppers & mushrooms with 2tbsp of dressing
  6. Place in pan grill
  7. Cover for 5minutes shaking to turn vegtable occasionally or until bell peppers are crisp but still tender
  8. Sprinkle beef with salt & pepper and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
  9. Toss beef in reserved 1/4 cup dressing
  10. Place salad greens, vegtables & beef in large bowl.
  11. Add remainig dressing & toss.
  12. SPICY GARLIC DRESSING
  13. Shake all the ingredients together in a tightly, covered container
