Directions:

  1. Combine garlic, onion, and salt and pepper
  2. Baste potatoes with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle with spice mixture
  4. Place on grill over medium low heat and grill 6-8 minutes
  5. Turn over and grill , repeating above
  6. Turn untl potatoes are fork tender
