Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 (1 1/2-oz) slices french bread

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine olive oil and minced garlic in a microwave-safe bowl; ­microwave at HIGH 8 seconds. Brush both sides of French bread slices with oil mixture. Place bread on grill rack; grill 1 minute on each side.
