Directions:

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Place butter, cumin and lime in a small skillet, set over medium heat and cook just until the butter melts. Stir to combine.
  3. Place the corn on the grill, Cook, turning frequently, until the corn is lightly charred and just tender, about 5 - 6 minutes.
  4. Set the corn on a platter. Brush with the butter mixture; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
