Grilled Corn Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rub corn with some olive oil and seasoning and grill till done
  2. Also grill the bell pepper
  3. Cool both
  4. Remove the corn from the cob
  5. Peel pepper and dice
  6. Grate the cheese
  7. Fold in cheese and herbs into corn
  8. Mix olive oil and lime juice
  9. Stir all well
  10. Season if needed with salt, pepper etc
  11. Serve at room temperature
  12. If chilling, let come to room temperature again
