Grilled Blue Cheese and Herb Bread on the BBQ

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except bread.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Slice bread diagonally, about 3/4 apart without cutting through the bottom of the crust.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture between the slice and on top of the bread.
  5. Wrap the loaf in a sheet of heavy-duty foil and grill about 15 minutes or until heated through, turning occasionally.
