Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Core apple and slice into rings.
  2. Split muffins.
  3. Spread mustard on muffins.
  4. Fill muffins with a slice of Canadian bacon, a slice of Swiss cheese, and 1-2 apple rings.
  5. Lightly butter outsides of muffins.
  6. Grill over low heat until golden and cheese is melted.
