Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle 1 tbl of lemon pepper on chicken breasts and lightly brown; remove from heat and cube when cooled
  2. Mix soups, enchilada sauce, remaining 2 tbl of lemon pepper, chiles, chopped onion - then add chopped chicken and mix well
  3. Lightly fry corn torillas; drain on paper towels
  4. Spray 13x9 with Pam, layer 4 corn tortillas on the bottom and then add some chicken/sauce mixture, top with shredded cheese and repeat layers ending with cheese on top
  5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes
