Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef; drain.
  2. Saute diced onions, green bell pepper and green chile peppers until soft; add to ground beef.
  3. Add 1 1/14 cup of Enchilada Sauce and 1 cup of Shredded Cheese to beef mixture. Heat to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Lightly grease a 9x13 casserole dish with Pam. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas, wrapping with open side down and place in casserole dish.
  6. Once all tortillas are filled, pour remaining Enchilada sauce over them and sprinkle remaining shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
