Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray deep & heavy pan with Pam, brown pork on medium heat.
  2. Add 1 tsp cumin, 1 Tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper.
  3. Stir meat occasionally.
  4. While meat is cooking cut up peppers and onion.
  5. Place diced peppers & onion in pan with meat, cook till soft.
  6. Add large can of diced green chilli?s, cook about 15mins.
  7. Add large can of stewed tomatoes with juice.
  8. Lower flame and add 1 cup of water, simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add 1 cup of water, cook for another 30 mins.
  10. Slowly mix in refried beans.
  11. (May only need 1/2 the can. Don't add too many, you just need enough to thicken. You can leave the beans out as well)
  12. Serve hot with Low Carb/Calorie tortila's. I like to add a little shredded cheese to my bowl but not necessary.
