Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using the microwave, melt butter in 8” square pan.
  2. Beat eggs in a separate bowl; add flour, baking powder, the melted butter, chiles and the cheeses.
  3. Stir gently. Pour back into the 8” square pan.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 35 min or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
