Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and cut tomato into small chunks.
  2. In glass bowl combine lettuce, tomato and cheese then cover and chill.
  3. In a cup combine olive oil, lemon juice, spices and beat together with a fork.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat ingredients.
  5. Slice olives and sprinkle over salad then serve immediately.
