Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 cups semolina
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Dissolve sugar in water and milk and bring it to simmer.
  2. Boil for 5mn and remove from heat.
  3. Brown semolina in oil at medium-high heat , stirring all the time.
  4. Add nuts after 5 mn to the oil-semolina to toast them a little.
  5. When semolina is golden-brown , add sugar mixture.
  6. Turn down heat and stir stir stir untill thick .
  7. Let it cool in some kind of cake thing .
  8. Do not put in the fridge
