Greek Garlic Dip

Ingredients:

  • 3-5 pieces of bread ( may be 1 or 2 days old)
  • 5-7 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsbp of vinegar
  • 1/2 small tea cup of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • a little water

Directions:

  1. Soak the bread for 2 -3 mins in 1/2 bowl of water ... when all water is absorbed by the bread just squeeze out the water n put the bread in the blender ... dont discard the water from squeezed bread at this moment
  2. Add garlic olive oil vinegar salt to taste and add a little water from squeezed bread something like 1 tbsp
  3. Blent it into a smooth paste ...
  4. Garnish with some olive or some parsley leaves
  5. Ready to serve ....
  6. Tip :
  7. Olive oil can be added more or less depending ur taste ... so goes for garlic as much u like it ....u can also use some black pepper
  8. Its a really good n tasty dip .....try it
