Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cut frozen banana into 4 or 5 pieces.
  2. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender into smooth and creamy.
