Great Canadian Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatos with skin on, cooling completely.
  2. Once potatoes are cool, cut potatoes into bite sized cubes.
  3. Hard boil 2 eggs and chop when cool.
  4. Combine salad dressing (mayonnaise), mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve, about 1.
  7. 5 to 2 hours.
  8. Sprinkle with optional paprika to garnish.
  9. Note- adjust mustard and other spices for your taste.
  10. I freepoured them for our tastes.
