Grated Tapioca and Carrot Pudding

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak china grass in 1/2 cup milk.
  2. Wash the tapioca and drain the water.
  3. Boil sugar and remaining milk.
  4. Add tapioca and carrot and cook till soft.
  5. Add the china grass and cook till dissolved.
  6. Continue to cook for a few more minutes.
  7. Add the condensed milk and stir well.
  8. When it becomes custard-like in consistency, remove from the heat.
  9. Pour in a shallow dish and keep aside.
  10. When half set, garnish with grated carrot, coconut and cashewnuts. Refrigerate till set.
  11. Cut into pieces and offer.
