Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together honey, oil, and 2 tablespoons water; pour over oat mixture, tossing well. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
  2. Bake at 225° for 1 hour and 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in apricot and raisins. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
