Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix paprika and salt in container. This makes more than needed but keeps covered for a long time.
  2. Parboil chicken for twenty minutes and allow to cool slightly before grilling.
  3. Light one half of the grill on low if using a gas grill, or put coals in one half of grill only if using charcoal. Place chicken on unlit side of grill, skin side down. Baste with butter, then sprinkle with paprika/salt mixture. Move chicken to heated side of grill, skin side up and grill for 3-4 minutes. Then move chicken to unlit side of grill, baste skin side with butter and again sprinkled with paprika/salt mixture. Place on lit side of grill skin side down. Repeat this process for 20 - 30 minutes untill chicken is done to your liking.
