Grandmother's Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Mix eggs with corn syrup, vanilla, sugar, and melted butter.
  4. Add pecans to mixture.
  5. Pour into two 8 inch pie shells.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
