  1. /2 cup wesson oil
  2. Eggs
  3. Cups grated carrots
  4. Cups plain flour
  5. Cups sugar
  6. Cup pecans
  7. Tsp salt
  8. Tsp baking soda
  9. Tsp cinnamon
  10. Mix and bake at 350. 3 layers and baking time is approx 20-25 min.
  11. Icing
  12. Box confections sugar
  13. Stick margarine
  14. Oz pkg cream cheese
  15. /2 cup pecans
  16. Whip together till fluffy and once cake cools completely frost.
