Grandmas Vinegar Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Bake pie crust
  2. In saucepan mix sugar, flour ,vinegar ,extracts ,egg yolks butter boiling water.
  3. Cook until nice and thick.
  4. Pour into baked pie shell.
  5. Beat egg whites
  6. Top pie
  7. Brown in oven.
