  1. Heat vinegar and sugar on low till sugar dissolves. Stir frequently. When sugar has dissolved, take off heat and let cool to room temp.
  2. Pour over grated cabbage and onion
  3. Stir in celery and mustard seeds
  4. Put in refrigerator. This actually taste better when it sits in refrig for a while. It will keep almost indefinately......It's like a woman, it's versitile, improves with age and gets spicier the longer it waits.
