Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat egg yolks until creamy.
  2. Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
  3. Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
  4. Add flour mixture to potatoes.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  6. Fold egg whites into mixture.
  7. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot grease or oil.
  8. Serve with syrup while hot.
