Grandma's Busy Day Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans vegetable soup with beef stock
  • 2 medium potatoes

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain hambuger.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes into thin slices.
  3. Add two cans of vegetable soup.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until potatoes are done).
