Grandma's Blueberry Peach Jam Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups peach slices
  • 1 (3 oz) package liquid fruit pectin
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 7 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Clean and crush berries. Put in large saucepan.
  2. Cut peach slices into pieces and grind in food processor or food mill. Add to berries.
  3. Mix pectin and cinnamon into the fruit mixture and cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil; stirring constantly.
  4. Add sugar all at once. Bring to a full boil and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat. Skim and stir to remove foam. Ladle into hot jars and seal.
