Ingredients:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. In heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Heat, stirring occasionally until sauce boils and thickens.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat before serving.
