Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking soda , plus
  • 1 tbsp baking powder , plus

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, and mix well in a large bowl.
  2. Cook on a griddle until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Serve hot with maple syrup, and enjoy!
