Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients. Add egg, milk, and oil. Beat until smooth- about 1 minute. Bake in greased 8 pan in preheated 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
