Grandma Deana's Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs potatoes
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350º.
  2. Boil peeled potatoes in large pot of boiling water for 20 minutes.
  3. Mash with potato masher.
  4. Stir in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix until light and fluffy.
  6. Spoon in 1/2 quart casserole.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
