Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp cocoa , heaping
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Sift first 5 ingredients together.
  2. Add mayonnaise, water, and vanilla. Beat together well.
  3. Grease a 9x13 baking pan, and dust with flour.
  4. Pour in cake mix, and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, checking at 30 minutes and every 5 minutes after, until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
