Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl.
  2. Mix in mayonnaise.
  3. Add water and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
