Bea's Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Grease and flour 9” x 5” loaf pan and line bottom with parchment paper.
  3. In large bowl, mix together egg, miracle whip and bananas until well blended.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl.
  5. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan 10 min.
  9. Remove from pan and remove parchment paper.
  10. Cool completely on wire rack.
