Gramie's Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Set oven at 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 small bread pans.
  2. In large mixing bowl beat 3 eggs.
  3. Then add all ingredients.
  4. Bake 1 hour or until the center is not gooey, cool on rack.
  5. Serve plain or with ice cream.
  6. Yields 2 loafs of bread.
