Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Combine sugars, eggs that have been beaten well, salad oil and grated zucchini and vanilla.
  2. Sift the dry ingredients and add to the liquid. Mix just until flour is mixed inches
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
