Graham Cracker Meatloaf (Oamc)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef, raw
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  2. Place in loaf pan OR 8x8 pan.
  3. Drizzle with ketchup or BBQ sauce if desired.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. For freezing, I bake first then let cool. Wrap in foil and place in freezer bags for freezer.
