Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together.
  2. Mix with 1 1/2 cups sugar.
  3. Slowly stir in milk.
  4. Melt butter in 8-by-8-by-2-inch pan (a larger pan makes a thinner crust).
  5. Pour batter over butter; do not stir.
  6. Lay peaches on batter.
  7. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar or less.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees.
