Gorgonzola Clam Linguini over a Bed of Chili Arugula

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook linguini al dente.
  2. In a skillet, carmelize garlic and red onion - medium high.
  3. Add chili, broccoli, red pepper, then tomato - medium heat.
  4. Add clam.
  5. Add gorgonzola and cook until it melts.
  6. Fold in linguini.
  7. Plate arugular and drip some chili oil over it.
  8. Using tongs, place some pasta over greens.
