Ingredients:

  • pinch of cinnamon pwd
  • pinch of baking pwd
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 heaped tbsp self raising flour
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl .
  2. Dip the banana slice inside and shallow fry .
