Goreng Pisang means Fried Banana is a snack food mostly found throughout Singapore . It can be served on its own or with fresh cream , cheese or chocolate
Ingredients:
1 egg , beaten
1 tbsp soft brown sugar
pinch of cinnamon pwd
pinch of baking pwd
pinch of salt
4 heaped tbsp self raising flour
1 tbsp water
2 ripe bananas , sliced
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl .
2. Dip the banana slice inside and shallow fry .
