Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream wet ingredients in a big bowl.
  2. Combine dry ingredients then slowly stir into bowl with wet ingredients.
  3. Roll into small, slightly flattened balls or bigger, roundish balls depending on how you like your cookies! (crunchy or chewy).
  4. Bake at 160 degrees celcius for 20 mins or till cookies become slightly golden brown.
