Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars.
  2. Mix in peanut butter, eggs and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
  4. Combine two mixtures together.
  5. Press evenly into a 15x10x2 cookie sheet (jelly roll pan).
  6. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes (till golden brown).
  7. Mix the frosting ingredients together.
  8. Spread the frosting over the warm bars.
  9. Occasionally the frosting will be a little hard to spread. When this happens, I add either milk, or I microwave the frosting for 10-20 seconds and it is a lot easier to work with.
