Good Old Fashioned Mint Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp fresh mint, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 2 pinches salt

Directions:

  1. Put the mint into a bowl with the sugar and water, stir until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add salt and vinegar and allow to tand for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve.
