Raw Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves

Directions:

  1. Place 7 of the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt and basil in a blender.
  2. Puree on high speed until creamy.
  3. Chop the remaining tomato and add to the sauce.
  4. Serve.
