  2. Beat butter and sugars until creamy.
  3. Add milk and egg.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the flour mix to the sugar and butter until combined.
  6. Stir in the oats, goobers, and raisinettes.
  7. Drop in teaspoonfulls on a lined cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes.
