Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt, add to the creamed mixture.
  4. Stir in oats.
  5. Pressed into greased 15x10 baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool on wire rack.
  8. In a microwave safe bowl, melt caramels and water.
  9. Spread over crust, Sprinkle with chips, nuts and M&M's.
  10. Gently press into caramel mixture.
  11. Melt confectionery coating, drizzle over top.
  12. Cut into bars.
