Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Thoroughly combine Bisquick, sugar, and spices.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine milk, pumpkin, egg, and oil.
  4. Stir both mixtures together til just moistened.
  5. Fill greased muffin pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or til done when tested with a toothpick.
